Yesterday we celebrated The American Club’s New Year’s Reception at the US Consulate, affectionately known as the Little White House on the Alster with 200 members and guests! Consul General Darion Akins and I gave opening speeches, followed Leon Gurvitch on the Piano accompanied by vocalist Petter Bjällö. The Hamburg Drama Factory Choir also performed.
