At yesterday’s Annual General Meeting of The American Club of Hamburg, the four officers of the Board of Directors were reelected for two-year terms. The club President, David Scott Zeller, highlighted last year‘s activities along with an outlook on this year’s exciting events. The Treasurer, Birgit Eckstorff, reviewed the Association‘s finances, which stated conformity with the auditor’s report.
Afterwards the attending members, were treated to an inspiring speech by the Park Hyatt Managing Director, Tashi Takang, while enjoying a deliciously prepared three-course dinner.
Attendees included Club Honorary President US Consul General Richard Yoneoka, former Hamburg Senator of Economics Ian Karan, and Hamburg Ambassador to New England Bodo Liesenfeld.
